ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. RETURNS AND RESELLER POLICIES
Showlution reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict or refuse future transactions, returns, or exchanges from customers with unreasonable return histories. We may monitor customer return activity and take appropriate action—including, but not limited to, denial of any or all refunds—if activity is found to violate our refund policy.
Additionally, Showlution reserves the right to restrict or refuse future transactions or returns related to bulk purchases or purchases for resale. Bulk purchases are generally defined as purchases of more than 12 items or totaling more than $2,000 annually by a customer or related customers. Customers may not use multiple accounts, names, credit cards, email addresses, billing addresses, or other information to circumvent these restrictions.
Showlution further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit purchases and/or returns of products by bulk purchasers or to impose, where permissible by law, a restocking fee of 25% in addition to shipping costs on all such goods.
OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
TERMINATION
You are free, at your discretion, to discontinue use of our website or Services at any time. Showlution may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the Services, in whole or in part, without prior notice if we believe that you have violated or failed to comply with any provision of these Terms of Service.
Upon termination, you remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the termination date. The rights and obligations of the parties accrued prior to termination
shall survive termination, including, without limitation, provisions related, Governing Law, and Indemnification.

The failure of Showlution to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service, together with any policies or rules posted on our website or relating to the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Showlution and govern your use of the Services, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or proposals, whether oral or written.
