Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days before shipment. Estimated delivery times is from 10–30  business days for international orders; however, these timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, carrier delays, or high demand. As we work with international suppliers, items may be shipped separately from different locations.

Returns
To request a return, you must contact us at support@showlution.com within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer direct exchanges; however, you may request store credit and place a new order once it has been issued. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and supported by photo or video evidence of the issue. We reserve the right to issue partial refunds where items are not returned in original condition, are damaged for reasons not attributable to us, or have missing parts.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including sale or promotional items (final sale), gift items, special bundles, used or worn products, and any items returned without prior approval.

Return Shipping
As a dropshipping business, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer. In many cases, returns are not required, and a refund or replacement may be issued directly. Where a return is necessary, detailed instructions will be provided. Original shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Shipping Issues & Claims
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery. Claims must include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photo or video evidence. We will review and resolve all claims as promptly as possible.

Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Store credit, where applicable, is issued as a digital gift card via email.

Return Processing Time
If a return is required, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and processing after the item is received.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary between financial institutions. If you still require assistance, contact us at support@showlution.shop .

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled if the product is still being processed for order placement. After this period, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled.

Products may ship from international suppliers, and packaging/branding may vary.

Customs/taxes disclaimer

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Important Notes
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy. As a dropshipping store, packaging and shipping origin may vary. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
